z speeds up too, and fires a bolt of lightning, then runs back and hides. x tries to catch the lightning, but it hits him and zaps his lightning. doesn't seem to take much damage.
x levetates and calls out "young mage, why do you bother fighting me?". z: "I'm just getting some practice in". x "alright practice this" slams his hand into the air, and a wave emerges that presses down on us as well. Oli and Ellis roll willpower and both succeed. ground cracks under him into a crater. feels like it's crushing our souls.
z sneaks and shoots multiple small balls of fire over a building. x blocks it with a big dome (force dome)
x looks at z and starts an orb of anti light. shoots it through a building at z, his arm gets disintegrated.
I fly in and knock his scepter out of his hand because I crit throwing a bottle of wine at him. I deal 7 damage but it does nothing.
z blinds x with a light burst, and he moves
x casts a spell on his face and his eyes glow with a green flare
z summons a fire sword and attacks x, cuts off x's arm.
I grab the staff and run
x says "yes, you take that to your allies" then kills z
